When you call Clean Green Light Pros about Christmas lighting, we use the information you share to discuss your property and your quote. For questions about website information, email service@cleangreenlightpros.com or call (865) 730-0101.

Online form delivery

Quote and contact requests are sent from our website, hosted by Bluehost, to our service inbox. Your contact details and message are processed so we can reply. Delivery references and temporary security records help prevent duplicate requests and abuse; these records do not contain your contact fields or message. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from requesting a quote.

If online delivery cannot be confirmed, you can open a prepared email draft or copy your request. You must send that email yourself; opening a draft does not send a request.

Quote requests through Facebook and Instagram

When you request a quote through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta sends the information you submit to Clean Green Light Pros. This can include your name, phone number, email, property address and lighting preferences. We use it to respond to your request, prepare your quote and lighting design preview, and discuss installation timing. We may contact you by phone, text or email about that request. Submitting a quote request does not book an installation or commit you to purchase.

These requests are managed in Meta’s lead tools. The optional-cookie choices on our website apply to website tracking; they do not control information you choose to submit in a Meta form. Meta’s own privacy policy describes its handling of information on Facebook and Instagram.

Optional analytics

When analytics is enabled and you allow it, Google Analytics measures visits and actions such as viewing service pages, clicking the phone link, and starting a quote. It can also use campaign information from advertising links to help us understand how people find the site.

Optional advertising

When advertising tracking is enabled and you allow it, Meta Pixel measures selected website actions to help evaluate Facebook and Instagram advertising and support relevant ads. Google advertising-related signals follow your advertising preference. These services may process device and browser information, page addresses, campaign identifiers, and online identifiers such as cookies.

Quote and phone activity

Clicking the phone number is measured as a click. It does not tell us that a call connected. A completed online quote will count as a lead only after a connected submission service confirms it was accepted. Unsuccessful submissions do not count as leads.

Our tracking code does not include the name, email, phone number, or message you type into the quote form in its analytics or advertising event data.

Your choices

You can allow or decline optional cookies, or choose analytics and advertising separately. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Advertising tracking remains off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

After you allow optional tracking, selected campaign information can be kept for the browser session. Declining optional tracking clears this site’s saved campaign information. Changing your preference affects future collection and cannot undo information already sent.
